About Us

WHO WE ARE

FIRM OVERVIEW

Acadia Green is an alternative investment platform built for the new era of AI, energy and infrastructure. We partner with family offices, HNWIs, institutions, and strategic investors to access high conviction opportunities in AI native data centers, energy systems, and special situation real assets backed by deep technical insight and proprietary deal flow.

HISTORY AND FOUNDING STORY

Acadia Green was founded by a team of operators, investors, and cyber industry experts who saw an emerging gap in the market: global capital wants exposure to AI driven infrastructure and energy transformation, but very few managers combine institutional fund discipline with hands on experience building and securing the underlying assets. What others lack, we have in spades, with our network of founders and trusted partners with both deep technical insight and access to proprietary deal channels

Our founders spent decades building companies, advising governments, securing and operating critical infrastructure, managing large scale technology rollouts, and leading private equity investment programs. Acadia Green brings this experience together under one platform with a focus on disciplined investment execution, strategic partnerships, and long term value creation.

PARTNERS GOVERNANCE

Investment Committee Structure

The Investment Committee (IC) is responsible for deal approval, portfolio oversight, and risk management.

Key features:

  • Majority partner vote with independent advisor participation
  • Formal IC memos and diligence frameworks, model reviews and diligence checklists
  • ESG, regulatory, and conflict of interest screening integrated into approval
  • Sector specialist analysis for each investment, including AI, cyber, energy, and infrastructure experts

The IC’s mandate is simple: protect capital, enforce discipline, and ensure every deal fits our strategy and risk profile.

Decision Making Process

1. Sourcing & Initial Screen Proprietary networks and partners surface opportunities which are quickly screened for strategic fit, counterparty quality, and risk profile.

2. Deep Diligence Multidisciplinary review across technical, commercial, legal, regulatory, financial, and cyber domains.

3. IC Review Structured presentation and challenge process focused on downside protection, return profile, scenario analysis, and alignment with portfolio construction.

4. Final Approval Majority IC vote, with recusals where conflicts exist and, where appropriate, external counsel input.

5. Ongoing Monitoring Quarterly reviews, KPI tracking, governance check ins, and active engagement with operators and partners throughout the asset life cycle.

Conflict of Interest Management

Acadia Green maintains strict controls to safeguard independent judgment and LP interests:

  • All related party transactions require full disclosure and IC approval
  • Partners with a potential personal interest are required to recuse themselves from relevant decisions
  • External legal counsel is engaged for conflict sensitive or complex related party matters

Independent Oversight

To complement internal governance, we maintain a robust layer of independent oversight, including:

  • Annual compliance and policy review
  • Independent third party fund administrator
  • External financial audits
  • Independent valuation guidance where appropriate
  • Advisory board consultation on strategic and governance matters

Together, these structures ensure that how we invest is as rigorous and forward thinking as where we invest, giving our partners confidence that capital is managed with discipline, transparency, and long term alignment.
